A Different level of training
We know your department has many choices of where to spend your limited training funds, so why should you choose MFP?
Two reasons: credibility and care
Credibility and Care
From your first contact with us to your last training day you will always be dealing with a member of law enforcement.
One of our first requirements for anyone who wants to work for us is that they either be from a law enforcement background or a law enforcement family.
We believe there should never be any question as to where anyone’s loyalties lie. We are above all else cops. We understand the sacrifices this job requires and expect anyone who associates with us to have nothing but the utmost respect for them.
While our company has many values, we value honor above all else. Integrity is a cornerstone of this company and to us, nothing is more important than the relationships we have built upon that integrity.
One of the main reasons our training is so effective is that we have the experience to distill complex concepts into the language of law enforcement.
Although several of our partners have advanced professional degrees, no matter how complex the topic, training will always be written and delivered by a trainer who has lived experience that can establish credibility with their audience, not an academic.
We believe that the details matter. Our business cards do not have titles on them because anyone who has our business cards is empowered to care for our clients as if they are the owner of the company.
Our client’s needs are always our priority and we treat each one as unique. Unlike most other training firms, we do not have fixed training sessions scattered around the country that you are responsible for getting your personnel to. We travel to your department, to do your training, to your specifications.
Our business is based on relationships, and we value each and every one. Most importantly, your departments relationship with us does not end on your last training day.
Once you are our client you become eligible for benefits ranging from priority critical incident consultation, to discounts on follow-up training days. You can call us with a question, ask our advice, or just catch up and let us know how things are going with your department. We are always happy to hear from you.
When we say welcome to our family, it is not a slogan. For us it is a way of life. Like any good family we will always be there to support our clients, and we want to be the first place they turn to when they need help.
